Responsibilities
- Lead overall hotel operations with full responsibility for performance and guest satisfaction
- Support and oversee daily food & beverage operations
- Assist in managing housekeeping operations
- Supervise front office shifts
- Support kitchen leadership and maintain culinary standards
- Lead all culinary operations including menu planning and cost control
- Oversee all technical and maintenance operations
Qualifications
- Proven experience in the same or similar role within a hotel environment
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Relevant technical or professional qualifications depending on the role
