Residence Manager
Job Description

We are currently seeking a creative, visionary Residence Manager who has a deep understanding of the hospitality concept to assist owners with Use Privileges, handle guest complaints, and respond to inquiries.
Responsibilities
- Assist owners with Use Privileges
- Handle guest complaints and provide concierge service
- Respond to inquiries in a professional manner
- Control inventory and maximize usage for Owners and Four Seasons
Qualifications
- College degree
- 2–3 years of hotelier management experience
