Assistant Manager - Aquatics
Job Description
As the Assistant Manager - Aquatics, you will be responsible for assisting in the overall management and operations of the aquatic facility, including swimming pools, water slides, and other water attractions.
Responsibilities
- Assist in overseeing daily operations of the aquatic facility
- Ensure safety of guests and enforce rules
- Supervise and train a team of lifeguards
- Implement standard operating procedures
- Monitor water quality and chemical levels
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints
- Conduct regular inspections and safety checks
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a supervisory role in a water park or similar facility
- Lifeguard certified
- Knowledgeable in pool safety and rescue techniques
- First Aid and CPR certified
