As a Remote Travel Advisor, you’ll play a mission-critical role in supporting our clients from their very first trip idea all the way to their safe return home. You’ll be the steady, knowledgeable guide who keeps their travel experience seamless, stress-free, and genuinely memorable.
Responsibilities
- Engage with client inquiries across email, phone, and messaging channels.
- Support travelers with booking updates, modifications, and special requests.
- Provide accurate insights on destinations and travel documents.
- Follow up to gather feedback post-travel.
- Resolve concerns with empathy and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Experience in customer service—ideally in travel, tourism, or hospitality.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
