HEAD CHEF – SEAR. SEAR is a modern protein house where flavor is finished by heat. We’re looking for a Head Chef who understands restraint, precision, and control—someone who knows that the best flavor comes from the crust, the char, and the finish.
Responsibilities
- Lead a focused, disciplined kitchen
- Master high-heat protein cooking and clean fire techniques
- Develop and execute a tight, intentional menu
- Set standards and train a team that values consistency over noise
Qualifications
- Experienced Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef
- Strong with proteins, searing, and finishing
