Reporting & Analytics Specialist
Job Description
Jobholders at this level prepare more complex, specialized or ad-hoc reports. They contribute to the completion of milestones or operational targets, provide support for ZATCA’s units on designing dashboards and models, conduct data sets’ analysis, and document findings. They update activities through digital channels and handle documentation based on set standards.
Responsibilities
- Develop data standards to ensure consistency and efficiency in data processing
- Verify data requirements and define the optimal approach to obtain data from diverse sources
- Extract, transform and load data into developed models and reports
- Evaluate the logic used to construct datasets and develop models
- Review and analyze feedback from operations functions to update models
- Handle documentation and archiving activities based on set standards
- Update reporting and analytics related activities through digital channels
- Build reports to support tax/customs/zakat analysis
- Develop different scenario analysis on micro and macro data
- Develop studies to assess system gaps and internal operations evaluations
- Design statistical reports on tax and customs operations
- Compile and analyze statistical reports from local and global entities
- Meet with business units to develop and validate reports/dashboards
- Train junior staff on different job activities
- Prioritize tasks and monitor the workflow of subordinates
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics or equivalent is required
- 2 years of relevant experience
