Digital Channels Performance Marketing Specialist - Hybrid
Job Description
As our Digital Channels Performance Marketing Specialist, you will create performance-based digital advertising strategies, plan budget allocation, and optimize campaigns focusing on acquisition, retention, and ROI.
Responsibilities
- Create performance-based digital advertising (SEM, social media ads, App Download etc.) strategy
- Develop reports and make actionable recommendations based on web data
- Prioritize and continuously optimize key channels
- Develop a set of key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign results
- Coordinate performance agencies and technology partners
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree, preferably in Industrial Engineering, Business Engineering, MIS, Mathematics, or Statistics
- 2+ years of experience in performance-based digital marketing
- Deep knowledge and hands-on experience in Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, DV360, and Adjust
- Good command of English, both written and spoken
- Strong interest in e-commerce and digital trends
