Performance Marketing Specialist
Job Description

We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who is data-driven, analytical, and highly skilled in digital acquisition, someone who can scale high-quality lead generation and deliver strong performance across all major digital platforms.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute performance-driven digital marketing campaigns across PPC, SEO, SEM, social media, email, and programmatic channels
- Manage ads on Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms
- Create media plans with clear budgets, KPIs, and timelines for project launches
- Monitor campaign performance daily and optimise to improve CPL, CTR, lead quality, and ROI
- Build and manage automation workflows using Zapier, Make.com, or n8n
- Integrate campaigns with CRM systems such as Bitrix24 or Salesforce to ensure smooth lead flow
- Track lead data accuracy and ensure proper attribution for reporting
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports highlighting insights and opportunities
- Conduct competitor analysis and research new digital trends, tools, and technologies
- Work with creative, content, and video teams to develop high-impact digital assets
- Ensure tracking, pixels, UTM parameters, and event setups are correctly implemented across all campaigns
- Support performance strategies for events, expos, and offline-to-online initiatives
Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in performance marketing or lead generation
- Prior experience in real estate, property development, or high-ticket industries preferred
