Job Description
Luxloft Real Estate L.L.C. is looking for motivated and ambitious Real Estate Agents to join our growing team. This is a commission-based role designed for agents who are confident in their ability to close deals and want to maximize their earnings. Compensation includes 70% commission on closed deals.
Responsibilities
- Selling and leasing residential and off-plan properties
- Handling client inquiries and property viewings
- Managing leads provided by the company and self-generated clients
- Negotiating and closing deals
- Coordinating with developers, clients, and internal teams
- Maintaining accurate client and transaction records
Qualifications
- Previous experience in Dubai real estate is preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and close transactions
- Professional attitude and result-driven mindset
