Job Description
Manage all ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system requirements for the Warehouse operations, responsible for assigning all system request to all Warehouse Storekeepers, Junior Storekeepers, and Driver/Porters. Support QDF Warehouse department through system update, maintaining proper documentation, filing and transmitting documents.
Responsibilities
- Manage all ERP system requests for the Warehouse department
- Update ERP system with stock receipt and dispatch information
- Monitoring and respond to Warehouse requests from Buyers & Retail Operation
- Carry out required administration tasks for warehouse inventory
- Managing QDFC ERP/ Warehouse Management system
- Assigning tasks in Warehouse Management System
- Prepare the Daily Productivity Report
Qualifications
- Relevant Vocational, Tertiary or Trade qualification
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience
