Facilities Management Officer
Job Description
Responsible to oversee the efficient and effective operation of facilities within an organization, including managing maintenance, safety, security, and cleanliness of buildings and grounds.
Responsibilities
- Oversee maintenance and repair of buildings and equipment
- Implement and enforce safety and security protocols
- Optimize the use of space within facilities
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers
- Develop and manage facility budgets
- Ensure compliance with regulations and building codes
