Education Partnerships Operations Specialist
Job Description
The Sage Group’s client is seeking an Education Partnership Operations Specialist to manage operations for our external education partnerships—both outbound and inbound. You'll be the primary point of contact for these third-party relationships.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for external partners.
- Work cross-functionally with education, legal, and procurement teams for onboarding.
- Facilitate content delivery to partners including adapting content to specifications.
- Identify and evaluate new distribution opportunities and research potential partners.
- Track partnership and program metrics and surface insights.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in operations, program management, or partner operations
- Experience navigating contracts, purchase orders, and procurement processes
- Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple workstreams.
- Experience working in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
