Job Description
Answers (or makes) phone calls from our HSBC customers in a polite and friendly way, instilling customer confidence and resolving customer’s issues at first contact where possible. Offers value added products and services based on customer needs analysis.
Responsibilities
- Answers and makes phone calls to resolve customer issues
- Delivers service in line with customer expectations
- Offers products and services based on customer needs
- Generates customer loyalty through product knowledge
- Owns and resolves issues or escalates when necessary
- Maintains internal control and compliance standards
Qualifications
- Must be university graduate in any discipline
- Must be proficient in English
- Open to working flexible shifting schedules
- Proficiency with personal computers and basic software packages
