Job Description
Trace is building the data marketplace for physical AI. As an Operations Manager, you will be on the front lines, owning the experience for partners from onsite onboarding to ensuring capture sessions run smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Plan each launch: schedules, site constraints, access
- Coordinate hardware logistics end to end
- Train groups of workers to use equipment safely
- Troubleshoot issues in real time
- Build and refine checklists and SOPs
Qualifications
- 2+ years in start ups, marketplace ops, field ops, or similar roles
- Extremely organized with strong follow-through
- Strong communicator
- Willing to travel frequently (3-4 trips per month)
