Job Description
Responsible for providing full administrative services support for the Government Relations department.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Government Relations Manager in providing administrative services and support for Visa department
- Determine the Government Relations department needs and requirements and report it to the Visa Manager
- Facilitate residency, Civil ID, KDL renewals, residency transfers, issuing new visa using government portals not limited to PAM, Ministry of Interior
- Complete all the documents related to Visa and badge issuance
- Screen incoming calls and correspondence and respond independently when possible
- Maintain an updated and secured database including all documents related to the visa and immigration activities
- Assist the Government Relations Manager in fulfilling and implementing security procedures for Visa department
- Implement the Government Relations Department’s policies and the set procedures in order to achieve the Department’s objectives
- Perform photocopies, faxes and file important records/documents
- Perform other duties related to the job as assigned by the Direct Management
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4–6 years of relevant experience
