Specialist, MRP
Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Specialist in Material Requirements Planning (MRP) to join our dynamic manufacturing team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in optimizing our inventory levels and ensuring that the right materials are available at the right time to support our production schedules.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain MRP systems to ensure accurate inventory levels
- Analyze production schedules and forecast demand to determine material requirements
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials
- Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to minimize excess stock
- Collaborate with production teams to align material availability with production schedules
- Utilize MRP software to generate reports
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
- Provide training and support to team members on MRP systems
- Assist in the development of policies and procedures related to inventory management
- Conduct regular audits of inventory and MRP processes
