Enterprise Account Executive
Job Description
Elastic is looking for a high-energy Account Executive to drive net-new revenue and expansion within strategic accounts across key FSI and enterprise accounts in Saudi Arabia. You will own a defined territory, build pipeline, and close complex, multi-stakeholder deals in a consumption-based model. This role requires technical fluency and expert negotiation skills to land multi-year commitments.
Responsibilities
- Own territory and build pipeline via proactive outbound cadence
- Uncover pain, business impact, and decision criteria using MEDDPICC
- Craft and deliver tailored narratives and live demos
- Collaborate with customers to build formal close plans and maintain forecast accuracy
- Lead high-stakes contract and pricing discussions
- Position Elastic as the Search AI platform of choice
- Work cross-functionally with Solutions Architects and Customer Success
Qualifications
- 5+ years closing complex Enterprise deals, consistently overachieving targets in a consumption-based or usage-model environment
