Job Description
As Lendo continues to scale its crowd-lending and SME financing offering, we’re seeking a Digital Sales Team Leader to drive performance across our digital sales function. In this role, you’ll lead and develop a high-performing team responsible for converting inbound and outbound leads into funded opportunities, while ensuring strong pipeline management and CRM discipline.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of digital sales representatives
- Monitor daily performance across inbound and outbound calls
- Manage inbound and outbound sales calls related to SME funding
- Ensure accurate and timely CRM usage by the sales team
- Collaborate closely with marketing, credit, and operations teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing a digital/inside sales team
- Proven experience in insurance, financial services, fintech, lending, or related industries
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar)
