Manager, Learner Services
Job Description
ReUp Education is seeking a Manager of Learner Services to support our coaching services team in driving student engagement and retention. Leveraging a data-focused mindset, you will support a team of coaches, identify pain points, and execute high-quality service at scale to help college students re-enroll and graduate.
Responsibilities
- Manage part of the Learner Services team (8-10 people)
- Support Success Coach onboarding and training
- Perform quality assurance reviews for coaching and student interactions
- Assess productivity and identify obstacles for coaches
- Partner with marketing, product, and data teams to enhance support systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- At least 5 years experience in coaching and developing individuals
- At least 2 years experience managing a team of 3 or more
