Job Description
Dubai Media is looking for a Specialist – HR Business Partner who’s passionate about supporting employees and making work better for everyone! In this role, you’ll help shape the employee experience by assisting HR Business Partners in bringing initiatives to life, supporting talent management, and helping teams and leaders with day-to-day HR needs.
Responsibilities
- Support HRBPs in building strong relationships with teams
- Assist with HR programs, onboarding, and engagement initiatives
- Help address employee concerns and support relations
- Prepare HR reports and contribute to process improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- 0–4 years of HR experience (fresh graduates are welcome!)
- Knowledge of UAE labour law
