Paid Media Manager (Remote from Spain)
Job Description
We are seeking a Paid Media Manager to lead and own the strategy, performance, and growth of paid acquisition efforts. This role offers full ownership of paid media performance across multiple platforms, including Google and Meta, and provides the opportunity to shape the in-house paid media function.
Responsibilities
- Own overall paid media strategy and performance across Google and Meta
- Lead and manage external paid media agencies
- Plan the transition from agency-led execution to in-house operations
- Identify and test new paid channels
- Provide performance reporting, forecasting, and optimization
- Collaborate cross-functionally with merchandising and creative teams
Qualifications
- 5–8+ years of experience in paid and performance marketing
- Deep expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Strong track record managing and scaling agency relationships
