Audit Assistant Manager - HR Operations
Job Description
Lead risk‑based audits across the people lifecycle—workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, payroll and benefits, time and attendance, performance and rewards, learning, employee relations, incentive calculations, and offboarding.
Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver HR audits end‑to‑end
- Review recruitment and onboarding approvals
- Test payroll and benefits controls
- Audit employee relations processes
- Use analytics (Excel/Sheets/BI) for full‑population tests
Qualifications
- 5 to 6 years in internal audit or HR controls/operations
- CA / CIA or in progress preferred
