Job Description

Reva Group is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Specialist to join their remote team. You will handle email-based support tickets, assist with subscription management, and resolve inquiries regarding refunds and cancellations for international brands.

Responsibilities

  • Handle support tickets via Zendesk
  • Assist users with subscription cancellations and refund requests
  • Use internal tools for payment and subscription management
  • Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries

Qualifications

  • Experience with Zendesk or similar customer support tools
  • Strong written communication skills in English
  • Willingness to work Danish business hours (09:00-17:00 GMT+2)
