Job Description
The Store In-Charge leads daily store operations, ensuring excellence in SOPs, HSSE standards, customer satisfaction, and sales performance in a fast-paced retail environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations and adherence to SOPs and HSSE standards
- Maintain store cleanliness, merchandising, and accurate inventory
- Manage POS activities including cash handling and reconciliation
- Drive sales to achieve monthly targets and KPIs
- Lead, motivate, and develop store staff
- Deliver outstanding customer service and handle complaints
Qualifications
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in a similar role or comparable retail environment
- Strong technical expertise in Operational Excellence
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
