Marketing Automation and Website Backend Specialist (Remote)
Job Description
Snatch and Glow is a fast-paced beauty and wellness company. In this role, you’ll lead the integration and management of our marketing automation systems, oversee the backend of our website, and leverage chat automation platforms to enhance customer communication. You’ll also work with our CRM and scheduling systems to ensure seamless user experiences.
Responsibilities
- Build and optimise marketing automation workflows
- Manage multi-channel communication platforms, including WhatsApp Business
- Design email campaigns, drip sequences, and customer journeys
- Oversee backend functionality of website on Shopify and Kajabi
- Manage data flow between platforms
- Integrate and manage tracking tools
- Manage google ads
Qualifications
- Proven experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Mailchimp, ManyChat, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of website backend systems (Shopify, Kajabi, etc.)
- Familiarity with CRM, scheduling, and chat tools
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and improve backend performance
- Hubspot Automation: 3 years
