Job Description
Manage end-to-end freight forwarding activities across Air, Sea, and Road. Responsible for coordinating all aspects of freight forwarding operations while ensuring exceptional communication and service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Manage import/export shipments for Air, Sea, and Road
- Act as primary point of contact for operational matters
- Ensure accurate billing and data entry in CargoRunner system
- Coordinate with carriers and 3PL providers
- Handle shipment discrepancies and loss claims
- Optimize profitability and negotiate with vendors
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in freight forwarding
