FCMC is seeking a detail-focused Part-Time Bookkeeper to manage daily financial records for a small office using QuickBooks Desktop. The ideal candidate will handle posting transactions, account reconciliations, vendor invoice processing, and financial reporting. This is a flexible role in a quiet, professional environment.
Responsibilities
- Post transactions, reconcile accounts, and maintain accurate ledgers
- Process vendor invoices and monitor outstanding balances
- Prepare routine financial reports
- Maintain organized digital and paper files
- Assist with payroll preparation by verifying data accuracy
Qualifications
- Direct experience with QuickBooks Desktop is required
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and common bookkeeping practices
