Director Administration & Operation Management

Job Description

The Director of Administration & Operations Management is responsible for leading and overseeing end-to-end telecom operations and administrative functions across KSA. The role ensures operational excellence, regulatory compliance, cost control, and effective coordination between technical, commercial, and support teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage telecom operations including rollout, optimization, O&M, and project execution across KSA.
  • Ensure timely delivery of projects in line with STC / Mobily / Zain standards.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and KPIs.
  • Oversee administration, HR coordination, logistics, procurement, and facility management.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws, GOSI, Muqeem, Iqama, and visa regulations.
  • Monitor operational budgets, cost optimization, and profitability.
  • Manage operational risks, audits, and corrective actions.
  • Act as a key liaison with clients, OEMs (Huawei, Nokia, Ericsson), and government entities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, or Business Management (masters preferred).
  • 12–18 years of experience in telecom operations and administration, with senior leadership exposure in KSA.
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi telecom ecosystem, CST regulations, and major operators.
  • Proven experience managing large teams and multi-region operations.
