Job Description
The Night Manager ensures that the overnight shift in all positions works cohesively for the smooth operation of guest services. Observes the productivity of overnight shift staff through inspections and provides guidance.
Responsibilities
- Supervise the overnight shift team
- Meet and greet late arrivals and early departures
- Handle guest/staff incidents and report to management
- Execute overnight task lists for hotel systems
- Conduct system night audits
