Job Description

Main liaison for AMC/Service activities, from intake to ERP updates, scheduling, invoicing, and reporting. Interfaces with customers, technicians, and Accounts for billing. We are one of the world-class Leading Laundry Equipment suppliers & Laundry Solutions providers in the entire Middle East.

Responsibilities

  • Receive Service orders & AMC requests
  • Create/update ERP service orders
  • Schedule technicians daily
  • Maintain real-time ERP service order status updates
  • Issue AMC/service invoices
  • Provide next-day technician documents and ETA to customers
  • Quote parts/services and obtain approvals
  • Manage AMC contracts in ERP
  • Handle Dept petty cash requests
  • Manage warranty claims
  • Promote AMC and Service to new UAE customers
  • Generate ERP reports

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in a relevant field (UAE attested)
