Service & AMC Coordinator
Job Description
Main liaison for AMC/Service activities, from intake to ERP updates, scheduling, invoicing, and reporting. Interfaces with customers, technicians, and Accounts for billing. We are one of the world-class Leading Laundry Equipment suppliers & Laundry Solutions providers in the entire Middle East.
Responsibilities
- Receive Service orders & AMC requests
- Create/update ERP service orders
- Schedule technicians daily
- Maintain real-time ERP service order status updates
- Issue AMC/service invoices
- Provide next-day technician documents and ETA to customers
- Quote parts/services and obtain approvals
- Manage AMC contracts in ERP
- Handle Dept petty cash requests
- Manage warranty claims
- Promote AMC and Service to new UAE customers
- Generate ERP reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in a relevant field (UAE attested)
