Job Description

JOB PURPOSE: Under direction, supervise, assign, review and participate in the work of staff responsible for maintenance of plant equipment, machinery and related facilities; ensure work quality and adherence to established policies and procedures. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: - Comply with operational procedures and instructions - Supervise immediate maintenance actions to fix critical breakdown - Ensure that all damaged or scheduled parts are fixed or ready - Verify all received items conform to specifications - Enhance work environment and drive employee engagement - Conduct annual performance appraisals - Establish KPI's aligned with FPI's mission - Develop a safety culture and comply with HSE policies - Participate in QHSE audits and incident reporting - Keep operational areas clean and well organized - Maintain assigned tools and machinery

Responsibilities

  • Supervise staff responsible for maintenance of plant equipment and machinery
  • Ensure work quality and adherence to policies
  • Fix critical breakdowns to resume production schedule
  • Manage damaged and scheduled parts readiness
  • Verify received items for conformity to Material Requisition sheets
  • Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback
  • Establish units' KPIs
  • Ensure compliance with HSE and QHSE procedures
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and machinery in good order

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering - Technical Degree
  • At least 4 years maintenance experience in an industrial environment
  • Experience in industrial factory as Supervisor / Team Leader / Shift Leader is preferred
  • Knowledge of motor maintenance (dismantling and identifying failure modes, etc.)
  • Knowledge of crane repairs
  • Ability to read/draw and understand drawings
