Senior Architectural Engineer
Job Description
Job Title: Assistant Manager – Architectural Design Department. Assist the Design Department Manager in leading and coordinating the architectural design team, ensuring projects are executed according to technical standards, municipal regulations, and company quality policies.
Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, organizing, and supervising architectural design projects
- Ensure compliance with building regulations and municipal codes
- Coordinate and follow up with structural, MEP, and interior design disciplines
- Review architectural drawings and documents
- Mentor and support junior architects and designers
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders regarding project progress
- Prepare technical reports and design documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
- 6–7 years of professional experience in architectural design
- Strong knowledge of building laws and municipal regulations
