As a Reservations & Communications Agent, you will answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally, handle and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings, and manage guest communications across various platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming phone calls professionally
  • Handle and convert inquiries for rooms, spa, and restaurants
  • Manage reservations and guest communications email inboxes
  • Run daily reports and distribute to relevant departments
  • Process messages and wake-up calls
  • Handle guest concerns and complaints
  • Contact guests prior to arrival for preferences

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic
  • At least two years of experience in a similar role
  • Luxury hospitality environment experience preferred
