Customer Service Representative
Job Description
Organic Soup Kitchen is looking for a friendly, organized, and self-motivated Customer Sales Representative. The role supports retail operations by operating POS systems, restocking shelves, and managing phone orders and volunteer staff. Candidates must be bilingual and comfortable lifting up to 40 lbs.
Responsibilities
- Operate POS system and handle cash register
- Greet customers and answer general questions
- Restock shelves and maintain retail space
- Manage phone navigation and online order packing
- Prepare deliveries for programs and weekly inventory
- Support and manage volunteers
Qualifications
- Bilingual (required)
- Customer service experience
- Comfortable lifting up to 40 lbs and entering walk-in freezers
- Able to stand up to 6 hours
- Strong people-management skills
