Job Description
Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food. Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, presentation standards, and food preparation checklist. Operate ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves, and fryers. Wash and disinfect kitchen area.
