Job Description
Our client is a leading large company in the field of International Consulting. They are seeking a highly skilled Financial Controller - IPO Readiness to join their team in Amman, Jordan, with frequent travel to Saudi Arabia (KSA). This role is critical in guiding organizations through complex capital market transactions, ensuring regulatory compliance, and transforming financial reporting frameworks.
Responsibilities
- Lead IPO Readiness Assessments
- Manage Regulatory Compliance & Reporting
- Assess and implement robust internal control frameworks (ICFR/SOX)
- Provide expert technical guidance on complex accounting issues
- Stakeholder Management with CFOs and Board Committees
- Manage multiple fast-paced workstreams including accounting conversions
- Evaluate and design governance structures
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum 8+ years of professional experience
- Proven track record in IPO readiness
- Full professional fluency in both Arabic and English
