Data Analyst, Sr. (Marketing)
Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Analyst to join our Marketing Analytics team at Hims & Hers. In this role, you will be instrumental in building and maintaining the infrastructure necessary for analyzing marketing campaign performance.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the technical expert and end-to-end owner of marketing data sources, analytics infrastructure, and models
- Optimize complex data models that unify data across multiple marketing channels
- Investigate data anomalies and trends to ensure data integrity
- Develop, automate, and maintain dashboards and reports
- Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests and incrementality experiments
- Develop and scale in-house multi-touch attribution (MTA) and Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) models
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate analytics solutions
- Enable self-service analytics for stakeholders
Qualifications
- 5-7+ years of experience as an analyst, with a proven track record in data analysis, query writing, and business intelligence tools
- Proficiency in SQL and Python
- Experience with DBT for data modeling and orchestration
- Familiarity with Looker for business intelligence (preferred)
- Advanced skills in Python (pandas, scikit-learn, Jupyter notebooks)
- Strong understanding of MTA and MMM
- Experience with website analytics tools (Google Analytics, Amplitude) and app analytics tools
- Knowledge of statistical experimentation and A/B testing principles
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
