Job Description

We are looking for an experienced leader to own and evolve our global Sales Operations, Governance, and Reporting function. This role sits at the center of sales performance, enabling data-driven decision making while ensuring strong governance, compliance, and scalable processes across a global organization. You will partner closely with Sales, Finance, Legal, Delivery, and Executive Leadership to drive growth, operational efficiency, and adoption of modern sales tools and insights.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a global Sales Operations, Governance, and Reporting team
  • Own end-to-end sales governance, ensuring compliance and data integrity
  • Define and run global sales reporting, forecasting, and pipeline management
  • Partner with senior sales leaders to drive effectiveness through insights
  • Act as a product owner or proxy sponsor for sales platforms
  • Drive continuous improvement through a product-led approach to sales operations
  • Lead change management and enablement initiatives

Qualifications

  • 6–8+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Sales / Client Leadership roles
  • 3–5+ years of experience leading and developing teams in a global, matrixed environment
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, forecasting, and go-to-market execution
  • Hands-on experience with sales and revenue platforms such as CRM, CLM, CPQ, Power BI, and AI-enabled tools
  • Advanced analytical and reporting capabilities
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders
  • Experience operating in complex, fast-paced, technology-driven organizations
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Degree in Business, Management, or a related field preferred
