Job Description
Lead all People & Culture initiatives for the hotel, through ongoing operations, ensuring a seamless, high-end employee experience that reflects Sofitel’s values; Manage end-to-end recruitment; Provide expert guidance on employee relations.

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for all positions
- Provide expert guidance on employee relations and performance management
- Oversee HR systems and maintain accurate data
- Foster an inclusive, engaging workplace culture
- Provide leadership to hotel managers and department heads
- Assist with payroll preparation and compliance audits
- Drive broader People & Culture projects like system upgrades
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in HR management, ideally within luxury hospitality
- Strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
- Deep understanding of UAE labor laws and compliance requirements
- Fluent in English
