Job Description

Lead all People & Culture initiatives for the hotel, through ongoing operations, ensuring a seamless, high-end employee experience that reflects Sofitel’s values; Manage end-to-end recruitment; Provide expert guidance on employee relations.

  • Lead all People & Culture initiatives for the hotel
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for all positions
  • Provide expert guidance on employee relations and performance management
  • Oversee HR systems and maintain accurate data
  • Foster an inclusive, engaging workplace culture
  • Provide leadership to hotel managers and department heads
  • Assist with payroll preparation and compliance audits
  • Drive broader People & Culture projects like system upgrades

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience in HR management, ideally within luxury hospitality
  • Strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
  • Deep understanding of UAE labor laws and compliance requirements
  • Fluent in English
