Banking Sales / Relationship Manager (Arabic Speaker)
Job Description
This role involves managing and expanding a portfolio of clients by providing tailored banking and investment solutions through relationship management, advisory services, and solution-oriented selling.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with individual and corporate clients
- Identify clients’ financial needs and offer tailored solutions
- Drive revenue growth through cross-selling and up-selling of banking products
- Acquire new clients via networking and referrals
- Collaborate with internal teams for seamless onboarding
- Monitor client accounts for compliance and risk
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of banking experience in Qatar
- Proven client portfolio with strong relationship management skills
- Expertise in investment and wealth management products
- Fluency in English and Arabic is Mandatory
