Retail Support Manager
Job Description
The Retail Support Manager plays a key operational role in supporting store performance across SOHO Brand locations in KSA. This position focuses on execution, follow-up, and operational consistency, ensuring that store managers and teams are aligned with company standards.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular store visits to monitor operational standards
- Ensure store managers are maintaining proper staffing levels
- Track store KPIs and sales performance
- Coordinate stock availability and replenishment
- Monitor training and onboarding implementation in stores
- Step in to support store operations in case of Store Manager absence
Qualifications
- 4–6 years of experience in retail operations
- Previous experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager
- Fluent in English and Arabic
