Job Description

The Retail Support Manager plays a key operational role in supporting store performance across SOHO Brand locations in KSA. This position focuses on execution, follow-up, and operational consistency, ensuring that store managers and teams are aligned with company standards.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular store visits to monitor operational standards
  • Ensure store managers are maintaining proper staffing levels
  • Track store KPIs and sales performance
  • Coordinate stock availability and replenishment
  • Monitor training and onboarding implementation in stores
  • Step in to support store operations in case of Store Manager absence

Qualifications

  • 4–6 years of experience in retail operations
  • Previous experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager
  • Fluent in English and Arabic
