Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager for our client in Saudi Arabia to support their senior leadership in the successful delivery of high-profile projects within a remote part of KSA. The role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing consultants and contractors, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to required standards.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage project briefs and delivery timelines
- Assist in procurement processes and contract management
- Monitor financial performance and risk mitigation
- Lead preparation of project management and design plans
- Conduct site visits and manage progress reporting
Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in large-scale design and construction projects
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Engineering
- Professional accreditation (e.g. RIBA, PMP, PE) required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools
