Job Description

Part of the Western Region Fuels Department, you will lead the management and performance optimization of downstream joint ventures. The role involves profitability improvement, cost optimization, and representing Aramco in JV Board and Steering Committee forums. You will lead financial modeling for transactions, oversee capital expenditures, and conduct commercial benchmarking. The candidate will facilitate transaction execution, including due diligence and valuation modeling, and negotiate terms of Shareholder Agreements and offtake agreements.

Responsibilities

  • Manage assigned Joint Ventures and ensure alignment with financial objectives
  • Represent Aramco in Board and Shareholder forums
  • Lead financial modeling and scenario analysis for JV evaluations
  • Oversee JV financial performance and budget alignment
  • Draft and negotiate terms of Shareholder and Offtake Agreements
  • Mentor junior professionals and analysts

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Accounting, Economics, Business, or Finance
  • Master’s degree in Business/Finance/Management
  • Minimum of 10 years experience in Downstream Oil & Gas
  • At least 5 years in commercial strategy, JV management, or M&A
  • Financial certification (CFA/CMA/CPA) preferred
