As a People Advisory Director, you’ll be required to operate as a key member of our team, helping develop our HR & People client offerings, developing the team around you, and contributing to the strategic growth and development of the Business Consulting and Business Advisory Services.
About the Business Consulting Service Line
Within our Business Consulting team, we partner with clients across various industries, solving fundamental business challenges. Our services are structured around Strategy & Analytics, People Advisory, Procurement Transformation, Finance & Shared Services and Governance & ESG Advisory.
Responsibilities
- Leading and supporting on business development activity, including assisting partners throughout the entire sales cycle
- Developing the Go To Market, commercial proposition, offerings and strategic plan around developing our HR & People offering
- Investing time into non-HR projects to understand cross-selling opportunities
- Developing and upskilling the team to provide support to HR advisory related engagements
- Contributing towards a financial target covering winning work and managing projects
- Developing internal & external network to raise awareness about team capabilities
- Leading and managing a team of consultants to deliver successful project outcomes
- Serving as a trusted advisor to clients and building strong relationships
- Ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Managing, motivating, developing, and coaching staff on projects
- Staying up to date with industry trends and insights
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10+ years of management consulting experience
- At least 3 years in a senior manager / director role or equivalent, preferably in a consulting firm
- Proven track record of delivering successful HR consulting projects for clients
- Strategic thinker with strong business/commercial acumen
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a bonus)
- Industry / sector expertise with Financial Services preferred
