Job Description
Welcomes guests to the property at Four Seasons Hotel Kuwait, providing an exceptional guest experience at check-in, during the stay, and on departure. Reporting to the Front Desk Manager.
Responsibilities
- Handle all guest interactions with hospitality and professionalism
- Assist guests with inquiries regarding hotel services and local information
- Resolve guest complaints and personalize service
- Manage check-in and check-out procedures
Qualifications
- One+ years' experience in a luxury hotel
- Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic
