Sales Advisor - Abu Dhabi
Job Description
The Service Point Advisor is responsible for answering customer inquiries, ensure collection and deliveries of shipments are processed as per network standards, and provide a courteous point of contact. The Advisor is also responsible for promoting and selling DHL’s products and value-added services. Main Responsibilities: Act as an ambassador for DHL; Ensure professional rapport with customers; Follow up on customer enquiries; Maintain proactive work processes; Provide high level of customer service; Maintain thorough knowledge of DHL network and products; Process all shipments accurately at the counter; Promote and sell value-added services like Insurance; Work part of a team to achieve goals; Deal with customer complaints; Ensure shipments are manifested; Keep record of supplies and float money.
Responsibilities
- Answer customer inquiries via phone and counter
- Ensure collection and deliveries of shipments are processed per standards
- Promote and sell DHL’s products and value-added services
- Process all shipments accepted at the counter accurately
- Follow up on customer enquiries and direct to correct departments
- Maintain proactive work processes and teamwork
- Deal with customer complaints and resolve issues
- Ensure all shipments are manifested by end of shift
- Keep record of supplies and float money and submit cash summary
