Car Sales Officer - Cash Used Cars

Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with potential customers and guide them through the car buying process
- Provide comprehensive information about the features and characteristics of cash used cars
- Assist customers in completing the necessary steps for cash payment
- Address customer inquiries promptly
- Coordinate test drives and inspections
- Collect and manage all required documents related to cash payments
- Negotiate car prices and financing terms
- Collaborate with the cash team to ensure a smooth payment process
- Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction
Qualifications
- Must have 2+ proven years of experience in cars sales or customer service, preferably in the automotive industry
