Job Description
We are looking for a hands-on Civil Supervisor with a strong background in interior fit-out projects. You will be responsible for overseeing daily site activities, managing skilled labor, and ensuring that all civil and finishing works are executed according to approved drawings, timelines, and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day site operations for interior fit-out projects
- Coordinate and manage a team of skilled workers
- Monitor progress on-site to ensure projects are completed on schedule
- Interpret technical drawings and ensure work is executed as per specifications
- Conduct site inspections to maintain high-quality finishing
- Oversee the delivery and efficient use of materials on-site
- Ensure strict adherence to HSE standards
- Liaise with subcontractors and MEP teams
Qualifications
- Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related technical field
