Senior Corporate Operations Executive
Job Description
The Senior Corporate Operations Executive will oversee and enhance operational efficiency across cash handling, outbound, and inbound processes. This role involves collaboration with various teams to ensure compliance with company standards, effective incident management, and the implementation of customized services to meet customer needs. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a commitment to safety, and a focus on continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Daily follow-up and support to Middle-Mile KPIs
- Analyze trends and performance against targets
- Provide action plans to solve problems and improve processes
- Support stations to achieve service excellence
- Align Middle-mile digital transformation plans with network stations
- Prepare and arrange system training sessions
- Manage projects from concept to execution
- Conduct research for feasibility of new ideas
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering
- 1–3 Years of experience in the same field
- Excellent command of English
- Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Office
