Vice President, Operations
Job Description
Dairy Farmers of America is seeking a Vice President of Operations to lead manufacturing operations across a division. This role achieves operational excellence in the supply chain to ensure milk supply requirements are met while meeting demand and quality targets. This is a full-time role promoted by Lensa.
Responsibilities
- Lead and optimize manufacturing operations to produce core products
- Implement a long-term plan covering people, processes, and technology
- Optimize performance through integrated systems and processes
- Implement benchmarking across operations sites
- Partner with sales and operations planning to ensure scheduling alignment
Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree
- 15 or more years of global business experience in the food industry
- 6+ years of management experience leading senior management
- Experience with drying technology required
